The Special Investigating Unit is looking for a receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support at the Free State Provincial Office.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or Higher Certificate (NQF 4/5)
- 2–3 years receptionist experience
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Main Duties
- Welcome visitors and manage reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle deliveries and mail
- Assist with boardroom bookings
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage physical access control
