The Special Investigating Unit is looking for a receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support at the Free State Provincial Office.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric or Higher Certificate (NQF 4/5)
  • 2–3 years receptionist experience
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

Main Duties

  • Welcome visitors and manage reception area
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle deliveries and mail
  • Assist with boardroom bookings
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage physical access control
