About the Learnership
Seriti is inviting applications for its Engineering Learnership 18.2 Programme at Middelburg Mine Services in Mpumalanga. This opportunity is aimed at candidates who want to qualify as artisans in various engineering trades within the mining industry.
Successful candidates will receive structured training and practical workplace experience leading towards artisan qualification.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Physical Science with a minimum E symbol (40%)
- OR N2 qualification with relevant trade subjects
- Trade-related theory subjects according to the discipline selected
- Valid K53 Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of Fitness
- Willingness to work shifts, standby duties and call-outs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- No criminal record
