Pepkor Lifestyle is inviting young, passionate and motivated graduates to apply for its 12-month Graduate Programme and 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning Programme funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA (W&R SETA).
This opportunity is designed to provide structured workplace experience, professional growth, and practical exposure within one of South Africaβs leading retail groups.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on industry experience while working alongside experienced professionals across different business functions.
π Qualifications Required
Applicants must hold a Degree, Diploma, or TVET qualification in one of the following fields:
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- BCom Law
- BCom Risk Management
- BCom Financial Management
- BSc / BCom Software Engineering
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management N6
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- IT Information Systems
- Business Information Technology N6
TVET Graduates
Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institutions requiring 18 months practical workplace experience are encouraged to apply.

- Be unemployed
- Be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Be under the age of 32
- Hold qualifications from an accredited tertiary institution
